OOC: I thought it would be interesting to explore Lily Zar's first day adjusting to her new body as both corporeal and immortal all the while running Lost Shadows masquerading as human to customers. I would also imagine there would also be a quite wonderfully clumsy collide between the old ways she would've practiced in her previously life combined with the limited knowledge she has of the modern world and thus, how she interacts with it. She also begins to refer to the human spirit that previously existed inside her body as "Lily Anne" to differentiate herself.

The day began rudely as some lady entered the shop demanding a "miss", and after some time i concluded she was referring to myself I finally responded "oh, yes, I am a miss!" which garnered a strange look from the woman who then mumble something about a happy hour. A bit later I set my ring and index finger briefly aflame as I neared a little too closely to a window reaching for a chime, and although a close man saw the incident as he was momentarily startled, he politely pretended not to notice. I suppose I should probably acquire some heavy curtains. Lily Anne made it all look so easy and I probably should've paid more attention to the smaller details which never interested me, but maybe then I would've known how to have proper etiquette and not offend the lady on the other side of that dreadful thing called a telephone. Even the metal box referred to as a 'register' still baffles me. I had once wondered as I observed Lily Anne working it why the paper notes were desired over jewels and metals in trade, but now I assume that all earnings must fit inside. In retiring the shop for the night I noticed we were nearly out beeswax candles and patchouli incense, so I decided to try 'ordering' more on the 'laptop' in the office, only to conclude that the machine itself is harboring a demonic force. Out of worry I proceeded to withdraw the device from the shop and into the night, cautiously as not be seen abandoning the property in fear I may be obligated to it. After a block in a half I see a fern growing in a ceramic piece on the smooth cobblestone. I quickly deposit the device next to its new fern then run back to shop as fast as my immortal legs will allow. I then remembered a rather effective action Lily Anne and her mother used to take, gathered my materials and place my sign in the window "Help Wanted".
